ONTARIO FEDERATION FOR CEREBRAL PALSY RAFFLE RULES

Eligibility:

Players must be 18 or older and use a major credit card, Visa Debit, or MasterCard Debit. Only players located in Ontario are eligible to participate and purchase tickets.

Ticket Pricing:

Tickets will be available online at the following rates: 

5 for $10

30 for $20

150 for $50

300 for $75 

Ticket Sales Period:

Sales Start: April 25, 2025
Sales End: May 30 at 11:59:59 PM ET
Main Draw: May 31 at 11:00 AM

Early Bird Draw: May 9 at 11:00 AM
Early Bird Prize: $2,500

Early Bird Draw Details:

Each Early Bird Draw awards one (1) cash prize of $2,500. The cutoff time for Early Bird ticket purchases is 11:59:59 PM ET the day before the Early Bird draw. Early Bird winning ticket numbers are NOT eligible to participate in the Main Draw. The Early Bird Draw winning number is NOT put back into the Grand Prize Draw.

Main Draw Prize:

One cash prize will be awarded per draw. The prize will be at least 50% of the gross ticket sales. There is no maximum cap on the prize amount.

Ticket Distribution:

All ticket numbers will be emailed to purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS), Rafflebox. Physical tickets will not be mailed. 

Winner Selection:

The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). 

Winner Verification:

The winner will be verified by matching their ticket number, contact details, and government-issued ID against the ticket sales database.

Winner Notification:

The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has six (6) months to claim their prize. 

Claiming the Prize:

To claim the prize, the winner must contact OFCP by phone at 416-244-9686 or by email at lottery@ofcp.ca Proof of identity and the winning ticket number are required for verification. 

Unclaimed Prizes:

Prizes not claimed within six (6) months of the draw date will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority. 

Payment Method:

Prizes will be paid to the winner by cheque. 

Publishing Winning Ticket Numbers:

The winning ticket numbers will be published on the OFCP website at www.ofcp.ca within 24 hours of the draw.

Ineligible Participants:

The following individuals are ineligible to participate: OFCP staff members directly involved in the lottery, board members, and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, or siblings living in the same household). 

Consent for Publication:

By playing, you consent to having your name and winning ticket number published. 

Maximum Number of Tickets:

No limit on number of tickets available for sale. The total value of the prize will be 50% of gross sales.
